Joyful Gentle

Yoga

with Tess Chiodo

Joyful Gentle Yoga is an all-levels, accessible class designed to support mobility, stability, and nervous system balance.

This practice combines gentle, well-sequenced movement, breathwork, and meditation to help the body move with greater ease and the mind settle into clarity. Postures are intentionally paced and easily modified, making the class especially supportive for beginners, those working with health concerns, or anyone who benefits from a slower, more attentive approach.

The sequence emphasizes safe mobility in the hips and pelvis, comfortable core engagement, and support for the spine—building strength and flexibility without strain. As the body finds steadiness, the nervous system is invited to downshift, creating space for regulation, resilience, and well-being.

Along the way, Tess offers grounding insights drawn from both science and lived experience—reminding us that healing happens not through force, but through consistency, curiosity, and care.

No pain. Know gain.
Just steady practice, and the quiet return of joy.
