A few things you may be wondering.

Our therapists draw from a range of evidence-based and experiential approaches, including trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based therapy, attachment-focused work, and psychedelic-informed preparation and integration. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual or couple.

The therapeutic relationship matters deeply. We encourage you to read through our clinician bios and reach out if you’d like support choosing a therapist. We consider personality, therapeutic needs, and the kind of environment where you’ll feel safe enough to do meaningful work.

Your first session focuses on understanding your history, what brings you in, and what you hope to work toward. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We move at your pace, with the goal of creating a space where you feel heard and supported.

Yes. We offer couples therapy grounded in evidence-based relational approaches, as well as coaching services focused on marriage, relationships, and bereavement. Coaching is more structured and forward-focused, while therapy explores emotional healing and deeper patterns.

Fees & Policies

We do not bill insurance directly. We operate as an out-of-network practice so your treatment can be shaped by therapeutic needs rather than policy limitations. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. We provide monthly superbills you can submit to your insurance.

Individual therapy ranges from $150–$175 per session.
Couples therapy ranges from $225–$280 per session.Individual coaching is $175 per session/ Couples coaching is $275 per session
Rates reflect the depth of the work, the experience of our clinicians, and the time we dedicate to each client.
The session fees listed above serve as a good faith estimate of the cost of services. Because therapy is individualized, the frequency and duration of care vary by client. You may request a written estimate of expected charges at any time.

Possibly. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. We can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes
Couples sessions are typically 80 minutes
In some cases, extended sessions may be recommended, particularly for trauma-focused or couples work.

We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee. This policy helps protect clinician time and allows openings to be offered to others.

Freedom Counseling and Yoga is an integrative therapy and wellness practice offering evidence-based psychotherapy alongside mind–body approaches such as somatic work, mindfulness, and yoga. Our work is designed to support the whole human — mind, body, emotions, and relationships — so change is not just understood, but embodied.

We combine evidence-based therapies with experiential, relational, and holistic approaches. Therapy here is not rushed or protocol-driven. We prioritize depth, nervous-system safety, and the therapeutic relationship, creating space for real, lasting transformation rather than quick fixes.

We work primarily with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, attachment patterns, addiction, grief, reproductive concerns, life transitions, and internal patterns that feel hard to shift. If you’re unsure whether your concern fits, we’re happy to help you explore next steps.

Yes. We offer in-person sessions at our physical space as well as secure telehealth sessions for clients located in states where our therapists are licensed.

Before reaching out, please know that our practice offers thoughtful, collaborative therapy for individuals, couples, and families seeking meaningful change. We are an out of network practice and do not provide crisis or emergency services, court related evaluations, or documentation for legal proceedings. For privacy, we ask that you keep your message brief and avoid sharing sensitive clinical details.
